Our Personal Retreat Weekends are offered 7 times during the season and provide you with the gift of a self-directed retreat with a few simple options to choose from. For these retreat weekends, think of a “B&B' style experience and you will understand that you can be on your own personal retreat with the comfort of knowing others are enjoying this spacious remote setting too. These retreat weekends book very quickly so plan in advance!

Complimentary Workshops: Each retreat weekend includes a few complimentary group classes scheduled throughout the weekend. You decide what you want to enjoy. Your choices may include guided meditation, sound bath, forest walk, labyrinth walking meditation, star gazing, tai chi, or yoga.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Vegetarian Meals are included. These are seasonally and freshly prepared by your hosts for the weekend.

Accommodations: Overnight accommodations for two nights in your choice of a private room or bring your friends, partner or spouse and share a room. Information about each room is at the bottom of this page.

Each bed will be provided with a fitted sheet and guests will bring their own pillow, top sheet, blanket and towels.

All guests enjoy the shared spaces indoors and outdoors. 144 acres of forest, walking trails, meadows, labyrinth, lavender field, outdoor fire pit, gardens, Dry Infrared Sauna are part of the experience. Coffee and Teas are complimentary.

Book now to reserve your room: Space is limited and rooms are reserved on a first come first served basis. Registration info will be collected via a pop-up form when you click “add to cart”. After you add this to your cart, you must then go through the checkout process to complete your registration.

Cancellation Policy: All payments for personal retreat reservations are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other dates. However, you may transfer your reservation to another person you find. In this case, you must notify Amethyst by email of this change (at amethystretreatcenter@gmail.com) and give Amethyst the required information about the new guest.

OPTIONAL Add-On Services: We offer you access to a network of qualified holistic practitioners. While on retreat, you can schedule healing therapies for an additional fee that goes directly to the practitioners: Massage, reflexology, Reiki, sound healing, and more. We will email you a few weeks before your retreat to see if you’d like to choose any services.

Dragonfly Healing Room

The Dragonfly symbolizes the transformation and renewal of life. In Native American culture, dragonfly is a symbol of resurrection and renewal after hardship. Dragonfly brings about change especially in the area of self realization - the kind of change that has its source in mental and emotional maturity and the understanding of the deeper meanings of life. Dragonfly brings in the qualities of flexibility, clarity, light and joy. This private room is on the first floor with a private bath connected to the room, and 1 Queen size bed, comfortably accommodating up to 2 people


Luna Light Room

This room is soothing and nurturing, the perfect respite from the chaos of everyday life. It accommodates from 1-3 people in 1 queen sized and 2 single beds and is on the second floor. Guests share the bathroom upstairs with other guests.


Dream Catcher Room

This room has a view of the lower meadow and forest line. It has a relaxing and peaceful energy that helps promotes a deep slumber. The room comfortably accommodates up to 3 people in twin beds. The room is on the second floor which is the same floor as the Sauna and bathroom (which are shared).


Garden Nook Room (Only Available During Select Months)

This room is on our 3rd floor. It has a cozy single bed and comfortably accommodates 1 person. The bathroom is one floor down and is shared.


Meadow Medicine Room

This room has a beautiful view facing east onto the lower meadow, which is sprinkled with wild flowers, medicinal native plants, and meadow grasses all summer. A flowering dogwood covers the window of the room on the right during Spring. This second floor room has 3 beds (1 full and 2 single beds) and comfortably accommodates up to 3 people. The bathroom is on the same floor and is shared.
