Tending the Embers Within is a somatic afternoon retreat designed to help you come home to your body and rekindle your inner glow through embodied practices and rituals, warming nourishment, and heartfelt community.

Mia Becker
M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Somatic Practitioner
Mia Becker is a certified somatic practitioner devoted to helping people come home to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their innate sense of warmth and presence. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and extensive training in somatic healing, Mia weaves therapeutic wisdom with embodied, experiential practices that invite deeper connection — within ourselves and with one another.
Her work centers on guiding others to slow down, listen inward, and rekindle the inner flame of vitality and peace that lives beneath life’s stress and busyness.

Together, we’ll weave a cozy and restorative experience through:
Somatic practices and embodied movement to awaken warmth and presence
Guided breathwork and energy practices to circulate vitality through the body
Warming foods and herbal elixirs to nourish the senses and the soma
Heart-centered connection to remind us of the warmth we create together
This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and stoke the inner flame that sustains you through the darker months — a space to rest, restore, and remember the quiet power of your own embodied warmth.

Registration Information
Tickets are available for purchase on a sliding scale as follows:
Community Supported Ticket: $30
Regular Ticket: $40
Community Supporter Ticket: $50
Pricing Structure
Registration is limited to 15 participants
Amethyst and the practitioner may cancel the event for any reason, including winter weather. If the event is cancelled you will be notified as soon as possible and issued a full refund, less any donation.
Cancellation Policy
Amethyst will issue a refund less any transaction fees and donations for cancellation requests up to 24 hours before the event. Requested cancellations within 24 hours of an event will not be refunded.
