About the Hosts:

Luna Lemus-Bromley lives in Lancaster PA, and has experience in leading yoga, meditation, and dance for groups of up to 100 participants. Born in Costa Rica, Luna's lineage includes Keqchi Maya (25%) and PA Quaker (3 generations ago). She loves connecting with these groups, as well as the Episcopalian church. Her ambition is to foster subdued, introspective spaces that honor the sacred spirit in all of us.

Josh Ebersole lives in Harrisburg PA with his best friend and great mindfulness teacher, Kadence, a German Shorthaired Pointer dog. Together they enjoy getting out trail running and hiking. Josh’s personal spiritual journey began in August 2022 and has been blossoming since. He is passionate about creating a space to connect with others on the spiritual path and service. His primary practice is identifying with his loving awareness to be here in a space of wisdom, peace, love, and equanimity. Josh is passionate about helping others identify with that space of loving awareness within themselves. He is a facilitator of the Harrisburg Ram Dass Satsang that meets monthly at Amethyst, serves on the Amethyst Board, and is a practicing attorney in natural resources and environmental law.
