An Evening of Self-Nourishment to Celebrate Valentine’s Day
You can feel free to bring a loved one if you are called to come celebrate the love you share and reflect within each other OR you can come solo for a nurturing self-care experience. Either way you will be warmly welcomed.
This circle will begin with a heart-centered Cacao Ceremony and guided meditation, followed by personal card readings, and intentional watercolor painting. We will create visual reminders of our intentions that each of us will be able to take home.
In this peaceful space, we will have a group discussion & share about how to express our unique inner love in deeper ways. We will create positive intentions for the expansion of our inner-connection. (Please note that our circle will take place seated on meditation cushions. If chair seating is needed, please let us know and we will be sure to accommodate.)
What to bring?
-A refillable water bottle for yourself (optional, water refills will be available)
-A favorite mug for Cacao (optional, we will have some to share)
-Any favorite drawing/painting supplies (This is optional; there will be enough supplies provided for everyone to use.)

About the Host: Natalie Lain is an events facilitator based out of the Harrisburg area. One of her main intentions with events is to create spaces where we can be inspired to express ourselves with creativity, acceptance, and heart-opening play. Natalie frequently hosts Ecstatic Dance journeys, guided meditations, and Cacao Ceremonies. She is inspired by the idea that we are all each other's teachers, and in these gatherings we can all teach each other and learn more about ourselves along the way.
SNOW DATE: In case of heavy snow or ice, we may reschedule this event to our "snow-date" of Wednesday, February 21st. Same time and place. 6:30-8:30PM. Please make note of this as we will not be able to offer refunds in this case. If we need to reschedule due to weather, guests will be informed by on February 13th by email.
